Assumption much oarsman?
Dude…based on that illustration… you know who’d be the Bomb Luke Cage… Bertil Fox
I don’t see what all the fuss is about, I recently saw Four Brothers and Tyrese looked big enough for my liking. He didn’t look big enough to play a superhero, but he shouldn’t really have a problem bulking up to that level. Some people need to put a freaking smile on.
K-Narf: The Ultimate Defenders were, like, the lamest group ever. None of them had any powers and theey drve around in a Geo Metro. Check out issue 6 of the Ultimates, Vol II for their appearance.
(Actually, everyone should read the Ultimates trades. It’s the characters we all remember from childhood, but they’re written as adults, for adults.)
Grey: I would pay good money to see a pic of the Prof in that yellow shirt and tiara. The only problem might be if he goes too long between meals, Iron Fist might get eaten.

The whole “in a Caribbean prison serving life for killing two people” thing might be a problem.
Also (seriously), I don’t understand why people keep bringing up non-actors. Yes, wrestlers or bodybuilders might look a little better, but acting really is a dificult skill to pick up. Think of how many could-ve-been-decent flicks have been ruined by bad or over-acting.
(Saw comes to mind, for one.)
Ving Rhames Or Michael Duncan Clarke. Both are tall, heavily-built and fantastic actors.
(Edited because I actually paid attention to punctuation the second time around.) ![]()
maybe the whole 415 thing was a mistake, maybe he ment 315, or 405 or maybe he has a 55 lb bar?
Anyway, I think Duncan should do it honestly. No reason except I like him more and the guy did come from the ghetto.
Also, who in the hell will be able to fill his pants the guy looks like he is packing a bread loaf.
The updated version of him looks NOTHING like that picture. The shaved his head and his “costume” is just a black tee-shirt and jeans. Tyrese isn’t that far off if he can bulk up.
The new Avengers like how they draw them today. Cage is usually much bigger than in this pic though.

I have absolutely no idea how you took all of that from the original post on this thread.
Give it a whirl.
Perhaps YOU should, it’s quite clear.

I haven’t even read all of that and probably won’t.
Why am I not surprised ?

I’ll bet you thought that was sooooooo witty, didn’t you?

You are reading a lot more into statements than is there…
Perhaps you are simply adding your own mindset into the statement, in terms of what you would have meant if you said it?
Don’t let me stop you, it’s kind of humorous to watch!

wow that is a really bad drawing, it looks like a bunch of kids trick or treating

n-n-n-n no… Wait!! I just got it… you know who should direct this fucker?? WOODY fucking ALLEN
case closed
and it could star Ted Danson in black face
“and the oscar goes to…”
You really don’t see blackface enough these days.

brad pitt: huge difference? don’t think so. Like I said, 10 lbs. tops.
Pretty noticeable difference to me. Besides, both guys are under 6 feet tall I believe. 10 lbs can make a pretty big difference in size with a frame that small.

If he pulls it off it may be the first time there is an actor that has the right physique to play a superhero.

christian bale as batman… . nuff said. …
Serge Nubret in his prime would have been real great. Not only did he have the physique, he also looked the part with his semi-glare and hard-etched face. Sorry I don’t have a pic handy
Prof, good drawing but whoever pictured Wolverine that way should be shot with a loadful of scrap metal…several times.
I doubt this guy will ever bench 415lbs and he looks like he weights 175lbs. Perfect for a make believe Hollywood hero, all show and no go!
