Oh great and he is even moving to my town. Luckily I should be out of here in a couple of months.
When I go to the wsop its not about the money, its about the respect that comes with the bracelet. The money is a very nice bonus.
Its really not about the money
guys, the fact is I haven’t worked in years and I’d match wallets with anybody here. Handling my money isn’t an issue. when I was sick there it would’ve been so easy to just buy some meds and make alot of pain go away. the fact is if I don’t win the wsop I’ll still be finacially stable, real hustlers don’t go broke and if you can take anything from this long and useless post take that. I’m going to vegas to make a name for myself on the table, b/c I have the ability to, GREAT players will tell you at 23 I’m the best player they’ve ever seen.
I swaer to god I’m going down there to throw the ragdoll maneuver on some raisins, and thats all I got to say about that. so look for me on the table and if I’m not there,it wasn’t in the cards. I’m not looking to win the wsop to become famous, some of the best players in the world DON’T play tourneys.I promise you guys though I’ll find the biggest game there, cause thats what I live for. Being on the same table as the best.
Good call Vroom.

I thought you were addicted to pain killers?

Didn’t this nightmare of a thread start with you saying you couldn’t afford both anger and drug counseling?
A 22 year old won a bracelet last year.
"May 16, 2004
Gavin Griffin has become the youngest player ever to win a WSOP gold bracelet. The 22 year old Griffin, of Darien, Illinois, won the 25th event of the 2004 World Series of Poker, Pot Limit Texas Hold?em. The $3,000 buy-in tournament drew 316 players and a prize pool of $872,160 was split among the top 36 players. First place was $270,420. Interestingly, players age 25 and younger have won about one out of every five gold bracelets awarded so far in the 2004 WSOP. The final table was a tough cast of characters including poker pros Phil Hellmuth, Phi Nguyen, and runner up Gary Bush who was the 2003 European Poker Player of the Year. Griffin began heads up play with a large chip deficit but in less than an hour the game was over with Griffin’s king pair beating Bush’s pair of sevens."
You are an embarassment to pot smokers. Please try crack instead. I heard it will give you a buzz.

DB,
If he’d slow down on the bragging, take control of his life, and pay attention to his surroundings, he’d perhaps see he’s stumbled across a repository of role models.

Granted this “place” is full of positive role models, but he’s only been registered here for 2.5 months of his 23 years. And from what I’ve seen so far from his posts is that he’s like some of these other newcomers who are “young, dumb and full of cum” who won’t listen to anyone who doesn’t tell them what they want to hear. They’d be happier if they created multiple aliases and replied to their own threads with ample self-love. But now I’m getting a little off-topic.

You guys are all hypocrites. Finally someone posts on this board who has all the confidence and belief in himself that we have been aiming for; and instead of applauding him or imitating him you try to drag him down.
He did not even need to get huge to gain his self esteem either. Just work hard.
That is so typical. I am ashamed to be part of this board.
Don’t you see? His strategy of getting in their heads so they want to ragdoll him works! It’s exactly what he’s doing to you now! Talk about genius!
I am taking notes, I tell you what.
I’m from Washington kid, evergreen state.I got the greenest thumbs you’d ever see.
So you couldn’t afford rehab but you are willing to match wallets with anyone here? How poor do you think we are?
I didn’t want to go and I don’t work so that was the only excuse I could come up with. I don’t report earnings from playing poker and I don’t know karate but I split bricks. If you can figure that out.

I’m a CrimeStopper Hotline dialin’ motherfucker. Come July, IRS agents tapping you on the left shoulder, DEA agents tapping you on the right shoulder, all on ESPN.
Hey,
Thanks for the laughs. I haven’t laughed that hard in a long time. You should become a writer for a show called ‘Trailer Park Boys’, your mad skillz would be da bomb there.

This is sad. You seriously need to check yourself cuz. You sound like a very manic person, which is probably why you like them blunts so much and is also why you ended up beating the hell out of someone.
I’m not going to give you a hard time about the weed, maybe if you were into it a little more you wouldn’t have beat someone up. However I don’t see how someone who is so manic that they have to self medicate with tranquilizers is going to make it as a pro poker player.
I just watched an interview with a pro player on Charlie Rose this week and frankly I don’t see how you would be able to consistantly beat this guy or even hold your own.
The reason why I say that is this.
There is no way you can be on top of your game if you are not on top of your life.
Here’s another tip for you, narcotics anonymous meetings are free and you don’t even have to be clean or sober to join. Remember that the next time you get arrested and you might be able to save your self a tip to rehab, or even better still don’t wait join now and get your shit together.
I personally don’t think that judge is as stupid or forgetful as you think he is. I think he’s just giving you some rope to see if you hang yourself. I certainly would not want to be you appearing before his bench on a new charge.
I just read almost the entire thread and I have to tell you guys, I laughed hard…very hard! You know when you laugh so hard that you start wheezing? Yea…I laughed that hard…I swear TC and the boys let guys like this on the forum for laughs and I want to publicly thank them!

I don’t intend to be sexist, but I’m going to refer to men in the following, as this person probably requires some good male role models.[/quote]
Sure? If he were to get in touch with his feminine side, maybe…
Oh, well, forget it. At least he plays with ragdolls.
mls, where is my PM? I made fun of you and I was expecting to get a PM from you threatening to ragdoll me. Please it is all I ever wanted and it will make my day. Give me that PM now!
