Lowest dose deca in conjunction with TRT

What’s the lowest weekly dose of deca you would recommend for joint pain relief? I want the benefits for my joints without the possible negative sides like deca dick

The first Deca made by Organon was 100mg/ml. It was the first weekly injections that I did with Deca. I believe that you could easily tolerate that without sides being at all likely. But I would still cycle off, where the joint pain might return.

I don’t recommend Deca as a “cure” for joint pain. It believe it is best described as masking the pain. Fix what is causing the pain. Don’t use Deca as the solution to plow full speed ahead just because the pain has subsided.

Thanks for the info, I might start out with 50mg per week and work my way up to 100mg. Creatine has always fully eliminated my elbow, knee, and hand pain, but it constipates the hell out of me even drinking nearly two gallons of water a day while using it.

If 50mg/wk works why increase?

My experience is completely the opposite.

I never bought into that trend. I was doing very well competitively with simply drinking when I felt thirsty. But I started competing (1970) way before this “hydrating” became a craze.

Only when using creatine, otherwise I get a gallon per day. If i didn’t get a couple gallons of water per day while using creatine monohydrate, I’d become crazy dehydrated, like bad hangover level. My muscles would soak up water like a sponge on creatine, and I’d have incredible strength gains. I’m definitely a creatine super responder, no supplement has ever given me the strength creatine has. I miss using it, just not worth only being able to shit twice a week. That’s miserable…

Take advantage of that. Cut the daily dose. You decide how much works for you. This is not an “either, or” decision.
