Do these things show more as you get leaner or what. I can see mine a little but i think they are pretty strong. I row 185 pounds for 10 sets of 3. I’m 14% BF. Thanks
how much do you weigh and more importantly how much do you bench? rowing 185 may or may not be strong, persoanlly i try to row as much as i can press. although im not quite there i am at least at 85-90% of my flat bench numbers.
oh and of course you have to have a relativley low bf to see your low traps, that goes for every bodypart.

And yes, they will show more with a lower bodyfat level.
185 for 10 sets of 3 is nothing.
Plus, you’re probably working your lats, rhomboids, and upper traps more, anyway.

My bench and my Rows are about the same. Might row a little less than i bench. P-dog maybe nothing to you but i started rowing 95 pounds like 5 times. When i started to lift weights i was incredibly weak. I benched 95x2 and squat forget it, I could barely do my Bw x 10. i’m 6’5" btw
