'Lower' Lats

So I hear, never got round to watching it but whatever works for training inspiration.

Keep on looking for that special excercise to stimulate lower lats growth, I am sure it is just round the corner.

Strong extrapolation is strong. I think that more than lower lats you need some brain candy to improve your reasoning skills.

And joking aside, give those kayak rows a whirl, you won’t be disappointed.

You should see me try and plank! Load 3 plates on a bench and I’ll rep that shit all day, but try and plank for a minute…

I hope you realised I was just being cheeky for the sake of it, reading back my comments may have sounded a bit dickish. This thread’s gone all to hell so I’m just fucking around now.

And the berberine was life changing. Totally serious

No hard feelings mate, it’s all good.

What dose of berberine are you using? As much as I like I had to stop taking it as it was messing with my sleep and gains. I wish that shizzel didn’t have a strong antianabolic potential…

woah now, antianabolic potential? Do tell! I only used is as part of my SIBO protocol, but I didn’t know anything about that!

edit: well fuuuuuck me…

It migh well be that your Plazma has your back covered- from the same website:

metabolicalchemy.com/insulin-and-igf-1-inhibit-atrogin-1-and-activate-mtor/

I know I lost some muscle mass without Plazma while on berberine. Nothing crazy, but still visible.
