Lower Body Template

Hello all,

I’m trying to get peoples thoughts on how they go about planning their leg sessions. Ultimately my main goal is strength and functionality. I’m really into warehouse/garage gyms such as defrancos, zach even esh, elliot hulse etc and how they train. For example eveything is based around using the barbell/dumbbells, sleds/prowlers, GHR machine etc and not using machines such as leg extensions, leg press etc.

So really my question, what kind of format would you use, how many exercises are adequate and so forth.
