Just want to say thanks to all for making this board a wealth of training info.
After doing a forum/article search
I wanted to hear a bit more discussion re: lower back training…
How long after deads/squats day on 5x5 would be a good timeframe to work the supplementry exercises like reverse hypers etc?
If the lower back is a weak link in the squat and the d/lift, is it a good choice to leave your poundages as is, or lower, whilst you focus on bringing your lower back up to speed?
You’re doing squats and deads on the same day?? I was thinking of doing the same thing when the time comes to change my current routine but I’ve been reading that most people (Ian King)say it’s not a good idea. I’d like to get a look at your routine if you wouldn’t mind sharing it.
