I read a bit of the limping serious, i’m just wondering how you have time to do upper body stuff during the series? is there time? it sounds crazy, maybe this winter i’ll try it out. what’s your personal goal in doing the limping series? are you going to complete all of it!!! maybe that’s a whole new message topic…
i like that stretch, i’ll use it tonight before i do squats. i haven’t done squats in about a month, for a variety of reasons so i’m curious how my numbers will be. probably embarrassingly low
but that’s ok. i’m not too worried. hopefully the back won’t be an issue.
i think my DL’s are the real issue. i do the stiff legged ones too, and actually i’m finding it’s helping with my hamstring flexibility. my back is sore but what the heck, i’m don’t think you can lift that much weight without taxing you back somewhat. i don’t have any pain while lifting though, it’s AFTERwards…
sGrim80, if you have PAIN when you’re lifting the weight, something is probably wrong. i’m not an expert on that, but i think most folks would say the same. you might be in need of some type of therapy and “remedial” strenghtening type back work before doing heavy SLDL’s. hopefully someone else has more experience…
