last night was a good night first up was start with 135x10 then when’t 185x10 then 225x10 and finely when’t 250x9 the 250x9 was a pr!!! then on to deadlifts started with warm ups with 135,225,315 when’t to 405 did it 5 times sumo when’t to 455 did it 5 times sumo 455x5 was a pr to so all and all had a good night
