Low T Symptoms, Bloodwork Attached

Don’t know if this is the right place for this post so sorry if not. I have recently been having issues that i am now thinking is related to low T. I didnt really pay attention untill i realized i had developed gyno. I have done one cycle over a year ago so the sudden development of gyno and the other usual symptoms like fatigue, lack of motivation, and low libido has had me pretty confused. I broke my leg and had been not working out at all and was pretty depressed and 4 months later when i started to work out again thats when my nipples started getting itchy and realizing that my workouts were harder then normal. Anyway i just got some blood work done and my free T is on the very bottom on the normal range. I tried to going through the local doctor and they just said everything is normal and didnt really care about my symptoms. Can i post my blood work here? or can someone point me in the direction of someone who is knowledgable with endocrinolgy. I am no longer in the U.S and i dont really know how to find a doctor here that specializes with this sort of stuff.
