I don’t see your poll results on any forum, there’s a few on Excelmale at 30+, but the majority have normal levels and feel great. I bet a lot of those guy are just wanting very high levels for muscle benefits and there’s nothing wrong with that either.
I’ll bet you’ll just say any damn thing when you see something that doesn’t follow your line of thought. “This poll is fine but that poll isn’t…” type of thing. I told you what I see everywhere else and the poll exactly matched what I was saying. It’s the same with all the men that email me after watching the videos.
Why do I waste my breath with you? I could dump labs from 2000 men in your lap right and you’d say it wasn’t evidence.
Tomorrow I’m making a new poll for men who DO have symptoms.
STOP giving men bullshit advice.
My advice is be weary of anyone speaking in absolutes. Everything you don’t agree with is conveniently BS. Your poll is heavily bias and offers no clarity.
You can’t fool me with that poll. Your poll would have had more clarity if you split it into two groups, those not doing it for added muscle benefit and those who are only looking for replacement doses.
The question is are their symptoms the result of suboptimal levels are is something else going on that isn’t testosterone related, again clarity is needed. Some guys just don’t respond to TRT very well, some guys get other hormones out of whack do to TRT.
I have heard Dr. Rob speak of a certain gene where the men are fine for months or a year and all of a sudden are hit with crippling anxiety and is do to a gene in the brain that gets altered by androgens and these guys just can’t tolerate TRT at all.
Muscular benefit only particularly pertains to TT being raised to 1200ng/dl above baseline (can link literature to show this)… that or a dose of 3.5mg/kg+ (according to literature, though I disagree with the notion of T being dosed in mg/kg increments as size doesn’t particularly alter the metabolism of the drug)
There are numerous alterations that are induced via higher dosages of testosterone (neurological alteration) besides the benefit of anabolism… Granted literature doesn’t demonstrate a particularly increased sense of sexual desire/function when dosages range from 125-600mg weekly, the trials are relatively small and don’t pertain to the initially hypogonadal patient… However for the OLDER male dose dependent changes in sexual function are strongly correlated with FT concentrations, and the most significant change in overall libido appears to occur in… you guessed it… the 300mg and 600mg weekly groups
Demonstrating ignorance once again.
Do you really think guys taking enough testosterone for muscle gains keep their free T at 30? Or 40? Or even 60? Are you even serious right now? Have you ever done a cycle (doubt it).
Your comments are beyond ridiculous.
26 is normal but if you’re at 29 it’s all for THE GAINZ.
You’ve got to be kidding me.
The more you speak the more you demonstrate your ignorance. Keep digging that hole systemlord. Chris Colucci was calling you out in another thread for the same nonsense.
Think about what you’re saying before you say it.
Here are the current numbers after roughly 24 hours:
0-14 3 men
15-29 33 men
30-39 23 men
40-49 8 men
50-59 5 men
60+ 22 men
94 men responded. 38% had symptom resolution with free T under 30 and 62% had symptom resolution with free T over 30.

As of right now, 63% of the people in the new poll who have symptoms have their free T below 30.
I’ll have to read that study but one question that I’ve had related to the way many of the studies that I’ve already read were done is that they did not seem to account for suppression of natural testosterone production. In most of the studies, the participants were not initially hypogonadal so giving them doses of 50mg, 100mg, 150mg, etc. would probably not increase their testosterone level relative to the control group. That might explain why they didn’t see any increase in muscle mass at those levels. Had they been comparing to a group of hypogonadal men the results might have been different. Once you get into 300 or 600 mg per week then of course you’re well above physiologic levels and well above the normal guys in the control group. In another study I read they administered testosterone (300mg/week I think it was) for 12-weeks and then abruptly stopped and the guys lost all of the muscle gained by 12 weeks post study. But again, they did not account for natural testosterone suppression and did not mention anything about PCT so it’s quite likely the poor guys suffered from low-T for 3 months after the study due to ASIH and that’s why they lost the muscle gains. Too many of these studies seem to be poorly designed.
Your poll is but a raindrop in an ocean and want to pass it on as typical, don’t be stupid.
At least I’m providing SOME form of evidence. Provide some of your own before saying I’m stupid because I’ll bet everything I own that I would demolish you in a debate. Don’t be stupid.
@systemlord I’ll ask you again: post a photo of yourself minus your face so everyone can see where they are getting their advice from.
Do it. I dare you.
Absolutely, You should also be wary.
It’s supposed to make your poll results more credible? You seem to want to destroy anyone who disagrees with you to lend yourself more credibility when in fact you are actually hurting your credibility.
No. It doesn’t work that way.
You are spewing nonsensical advice to people, disagreeing with whatever evidence is presented, and speaking as if you know how all of this stuff works. You are an obese man who is absolutely plagued by health ailments. You are in ZERO, and I repeat ZERO position to be dishing out advice on ANYTHING in this forum. Nothing. Your credibility is NIL. I provide photos, I have social media where people can find me and speak with me, I have a channel where I interview others, I have a FB group, I am a REAL person who is extremely active in the community. You are a couch potato keyboard warrior that speaks nothing but nonsense. You want to compare your credibility to mine? Are you being serious right now?
Post a photo of yourself so we can at least see who @systemlord is to know who exactly is providing this advice to everyone.
Currently, out of 21 symptomatic men who responded, 15 of them have free T under 30. 71%!
At least this is SOME form of evidence to support what I’m saying. You have provided NOTHING.
Your poll isn’t evidence to support the majority of men on TRT, it’s only a miniscule number of men on TRT and you are using it to fuel your claim which is as thin as ricepaper.
Anyone with half a brain God gave an ant can see it. Dr. Saya is seeing the majority of his patient’s optimal between 20-26.5 pg/mL, some even lower, Dr. Saya has way more credibility than you do, so when some Youtube guy without a degree in medicine claims different, I’m very sceptical of that person and wonder about their true motivations.
Shall forward you the the emails I have from men using Dr. Saya and not getting anywhere?
Of course my poll is small! But at least I provided SOMETHING unlike you.
True motivations? I ask you again: What am I selling? Huh? I sell no product or services. I don’t refer anyone any business where I get any kind of referral fee. It is all done FOR FREE.
I make $300K a year with my business. I spend half of my time helping men for free. So please do tell me where my motivations are. I could probably double that amount if I quit wasting my time on people like you and focused on my priorities instead.
And post a damn photo for the tenth time.
Get your🍿 ready…
@bcostigan41 You know what he’s going to say? For YouTube money lol! Yup! That $300 a month we’re making, minus the cost of the Zoom platform, minus the cost of the gear we bought, the other fees for things we use… have about $40 leftover but MAN that $40 is a lifechanger! ![]()
He is a busy man with clients in person and via telemedicine, he doesn’t have time for you.
Get over it.
You are really obsessed about this photo and are now using your income level to get more credibility. I hate to break it to you, but you’re not the only person here who makes good money.
You don’t see me bragging about my income. You’ll eventually get photos before and after, until then…
