Low Dose Test

Ok, this is my first post and I am probably the most new at this even on this site…I am not new to body building however, i have been lifting since like 16 and I am now 23. I have a little problem mabey some of the veterans here can help me understand.

  1. I am ectomorphic (6’4’', 165 lbs.)
  2. I do not have regular access to Test.
  3. I DO have access to about 100 mg/week.

Plain and simple, those are the facts.
There are NO negotiations with those facts.

I am not looking to be a pro builder. In fact my target weight is only 190-200 lbs. Without roids’ I have only been able to gain like 10 lbs. over the course of several months, and guess what, if I take just one week off, Its all gone, back to baseline 165 for me. SO I got fed up with it.

I got me some Test, but all I could afford was 100 mg. per week. I have yet to knock myself up with it. By the way, all i Can afford, is that much.

FINALLY THE FUCKING QUESTION…?
If I do a light cycle, (ONLY 4 weeks), will I see any improvement?

Week 1: 100 mg
Week 2: 100 mg
Week 3: 100 mg
Week 4: 100 mg

I lift 5 times a week. I eat three meals a day, lots of protein…
Will I see any results what so ever more than I would if I just lifted without taking the Low dose Test at all?

I have seen several posts for taking like 600-1000 mg/ week and that just simply isn’t an option for me.

Will this puny cycle help this puny guy get from 165-190 or am I wasting my time???

PS. Go easy on the flaming if this is a rediculous post, I am a newbie!

Somebody get that boy a sandwhich!

Seriously, don’t take the test. Just eat. You lose the weight as soon as you take a week off? Then you’re obviously not eating enough.

Besides, you’re not going to see any results with that low of a dosage.

Honestly the worst thing you could do is attempt a cycle with such a small dose. All you are going to do is shut down natural Test. production and end up with a level that is lower than without gear. Seriously use the money and buy food and eat, or save your money, research, and go for a better cycle.

  1. You could gain 40+ lbs. with food alone if you forced yourself to eat.

  2. You don’t have enough gear.

  3. Nobody in the world can accurately predict if your cycle will “work.”

  4. Quit being a pussy and save some money.

k here are your problems with your situation:

  • Not enough test nor time on the test.
Running 4 weeks of 100mg/wk is a waste of not only your time but also the test. I dont think I saw which testosterone you planned on using. That information will help too.

-Not nearly enough food if you plan on gaining weight. Part of the reason you arent gaining weight is because you are not eating enough and training 5 times a week. Try doing 5-6 meals a day and “lots of protein” isnt enough. You need a TON of protein. And take your training down to 3-4 days a week. You dont eat enough to train 5 days a week.

Now for my advice: Rather than spending your money on this small amount of test, keep the money and continue saving until you have enough to buy enough for a full cycle. A good start would be to have about 30ml of test.

Also if you want real help post your diet and workout routine and I am sure you will get plenty of suggestions to improve both.

MOST IMPORTANTLY - Dont start this cycle YET. You havent researched enough to start using AAS. Please take atleast the amount of time it takes you to save up and spend it researching the test you plan on injecting in your body. I would send you some links, but again I dont know which test you are using.

As was already stated, your body is no where near ready for any type of steriod. If your diet and possibly traning is so poor that you can’t gain any weight without the steriods, you definately wont put on and keep any weight with.

And I also completely agree that 100 mg of test a week is a completle waste of time. That amount is typically less than what is used in most cases of HRT. It will completley shut you down and you will lilkey end up smaller than what you have started out at.
See Ya

save the test, and wait till you can do a cycle of 400 mg a week, just keep lookin and askin around it will come to you. Im in the same boat as you, being a tall skinny ectomorph. Im on my first cycle of test as well. ( 400 mg per week in two doses) Dont forget about your post cycle theropy.

Ok so the consensus seems to be just wait or eat more…and exercise less.

This seems to be doable, but how can I alter my routine to fit into three days a week?

Currently my routine consists of

Week 1: 2 sets: 7-11 reps at 75% of max
Monday: Chest and Shoulders
Tuesday: Triceps and Back
Wednesday: Legs and Biceps
Thursday: Chest and Shoulders
Friday: Triceps and Back

Week 2: 3 sets: 4-7 reps at 85% of max
Monday: Legs and Biceps
Tuesday: Chest and Shoulders
Wednesday: Triceps and Back
Thursday: Legs and Biceps
Friday: Chest and Shoulders

Week 3: 3 Sets: 4-7 reps at 85% of max
Monday: Triceps and Back
Tuesday: Legs and Biceps
Wednesday: Chest and Shoulders
Thursday: Triceps and Back
Friday: Legs and Biceps

THEN START OVER WITH WEEK 1…

I eat pretty much three meals a day, and try not to do any cardio…as I am already pretty much in good cardiovascular fitness (Used to play soccer)…

I feel like I get good workouts in and I get stronger up to a plateau after about two three week cycles listed above.

I feel like this routine works well for me and I tend to do about three exercises per body part…

PS, I stupidly already took the first dose of 100 mg of Testosterone Cypionate IM… but I am not going to do anymore since the consensus on this forum seems to be DONT RIGHT NOW…

So my next fucking QUESTION…How much do I need to eat and how can I keep from eating so much that I throw up or can’t focus on normal tasks like medical school?

Sorry for all the newbie questions but I have just reached the point of desperation to pack on like 30-40 lbs. that STAYS on…

And thanks to everyone who responded, your information was very helpful!!!

This is simple if you don’t eat more you won’t grow. I’d eat 2grams of protein per pound of lean body weight divided into 6 meals. The levels of carbs and fat depend on the individual due to differences in metabolism and activity level. I used to work construction 9-10hr days. I brought a big steak to work taking bites out of it all day.

Sometimes I ate cans of sardines when I had a short break or I kept protein bars in my tool belt. If you want to gain muscle you will find a way. You don’t have to be a rocket scientist to figure it out. All the test in the world won’t do shit for you if you eat the way you do.

Also since I’m not on AAS I like to keep my workouts under 45 min because natural test levels drop after that. Do some research, learn to eat and lift properly. AAS is for people who are already well developed naturally.

Your routine can be altered easily to 3 days. Maybe try

-Push
-Pull
-Legs

Also make sure you are doing squats/deadlifts. Your body needs these workouts to grow. They almost “shock” your body into growing.

And as far as your “3 day meal plan”. That isnt anywhere near enough food. As stated, standard protein intake is about 1.5-2g per lb of body weight. But dont leave out things like fruits and vegetables.

You need to research some more and you will start realizing why you arent gaining the weight you desire. You dont grow in the gym my friend. you grow in your bed and in the kitchen. “Training” is not all about you lifting weights in the gym, its also your diet and rest.

And shame shame for taking the cyp! You’re injecting foreign things in your body you didnt know anything about! Please read up on this too before ever considering doing something like that again. Here is a link that will give you the information you need.

It sounds sick but your stomach will stretch after a couple sessions of eating tons of food. You might puke like once or something but your stomach will get used to it.

What I did in my early 20’s was to just eat like 3 or 4 protein shakes a day. I had to think of them like vitamins and just slug em even though I wasn’t hungry. Then for the rest of the day just avoid sweets and eat the foods you like.

For me it was pizza, meat and veggie cheeseburgers, veggie corn dogs and whatever the fuck I wanted. Just no sweets. And throughout the day of all that eating just toss down those 3 or 4 whey shakes and you’re good.

Whey is watery BTW, it’s not that filling but it’s loaded with quality protein. So just eat tons of food that you like and toss in the shakes on top of it.
