I think i remember him saying 6 meals a day, so the protein and fat you would just divide by 6 for each meal.
for the carbs, 25% breakfast, 50% post workout, and the other 25% in the postwork out meal (which should occur 1-2 hours after workout)

Yeah, except post workout.
Remember, there are ‘hidden’ carbs in most foods you wouldn’t think of. ie: A 1/4 cup of cottage cheese has 3g, so if you eat 1/2 a cup before bed, that’s 6g. Throw in some cashews for added fat, and that gives you a handful more.
