Hmm, went into GNC today to see what kind of stuff they were selling . Came across something called Muscle Milk and looked at it because it had the words “Micellar Casein” on it. It has them listen as the top ingredient in the product. Is this a comparable product to Grow! ? It is a little more expensive so i think i will stick with my Grow! though.
Boy I dont have much time here but will just say did you check the label on that crap and the fats and other BS. it is loaded with???
I would go check that one again. I would do as you stated and stick with the Grow!
It’s a Cytosport product. It contains 18g of fat. I’ve never tried it, but I’m guessing it tastes like ass. I got a sample of Cytomax and that was the nasty. I don’t know how you can make an energy drink taste bad with tons of carbs in it but these guys know how. Really, Grow! is the best stuff out there, ISS Micellar Matrix isn’t bad, but it costs more than Grow! and doesn’t taste nearly as good. I don’t think Biotest would make a product unless it was the best thing out there.
Ummm actually muscle milk is hands down the best tasting product on the market. Tastes better than Grow! even, but then again a chocolate mousse cake with 3,000 calories TASTES better than Grow! but the comparison ends there. The Grow! is way better for you and still tastes damn good. Stick with the Low-Carb Grow!

I tried muscle milk once. Taste was good, but then again it should be since it combines alot of carbs and tons of fat. A twinkie tastes good too.
Taste is subjective but I prefer Grow! and you can’t beat the nutritional profile.
muscle milk was the 1rst protein I ever bought so I still have some at home strawberry and it tastes great but I didn?t notice anything from it like I do with my Grow!.. I still use it cause I have it but I mix one scoop of muscle milk with one scoop chocolate Grow! in the morning it tastes great
and I have my 2 scoops of Grow! at night before bed
Muscle Milk tastes like shit . I have 4 lbs of this crap, anyone want it?..Even my garbage don’t want that cytosport products.
Go to a feed store and look for “calf starter”. The ingredients looked very similar to muscle milk.
To me, this is the best tasting product on the market. The orange, the cookies and cream, I absolutely loved them. It does taste a little “chemically” but for some reason I enjoy that. Personal preference.
HOWEVER, my single favourite protein powder is Low-Carb Grow!. It has a great flavour and a great texture, and is really, really diverse. It tastes good on its own, on oats, in yogurt, mixed in shakes, mixed with any flavour you throw at it, etc.
One very negative thing about MM is that it does contain an ingrediant which was singled out on this site as having the potential to cause nerve damage. I think it was something that is supposed to get your body to product its own creatine. Apparently that’s a stupid idea since you can just feed your body creatine and already get the desired result.
dude muscle milk is the worst tasting product i’ve ever tried. so bad i didn’t even finish it.and i’m not talking the box but the very first shake ! i swear i’d drink a fear factor pig rectum shake before i ever tried muscle milk again.
I seriously loved every one I tried, just shows how we’re all different.
However, I will continue to endorse vanilla Grow! as the ultimate.
Muslce Milk has G-Amine which I have read can increase your risk of cardiovascular disease.
I’ve only tried the strawberry muscle milk, and it tasted like something I’d drink as a cheat snack. It’s not close to being better than Grow! nutritionally, but personally I don’t see how anyone can say it doesn’t taste as good.
