Do them with one hand resting on a bench for balance. Like how he does them in the 300x12 video. Will eliminate a lot of the lower back torque, and also probably let you use more weight.

Sounds like you’re doing too much weight to me. Yes, it is possible, even with “Kroc Rows.”

IMO its down to foot stance. I prefer to line up with a bench directly in front of me and post off the non working arm with both legs just outside shoulder width and not staggered. It limits the amount of weight I can use somewhat, but makes sure my hips dont get all out of whack, which has given me…
