Good catch. The box is too high, and brings too much support on the hammies. I didn’t see what it did to the form first but when you point it out it is obvious. Also notice that the westside people (and others ofcourse) are using a box with a much larger base. Something like 60cm wide and places it with an edge pointing forward. Pointing an edge forward makes you get less support under the hammies and put it on the butt instead. That makes it easier to not lose your arch.
