Love to squat but can?t

I don’t even hold on to the bar anymore. I place it and then put my arms out straight and hook my wrists over. I have serious problems with my hands so I don’t waste any grip on the bar when I don’t have to.

You can NOT not hold the bar if your form is shakey though. You have to be about perfict or you loose the bar very quickly… and it’s REALLY loud when it hits the squat rack bars blush not that I know from experience…

What exactly is the problem with your shoulders?
