Wow.

That is a very impressive cock.

You must be proud of it.

Jim Wendler is a total sellout. He…well, he is…ummmm…I got nothing.

He wrote a how-to to actually get stronger. Fucking sellout. Keep that shit to yourself.

I actually really agree with this guy.

I hate when people read books and then believe what they read. It’s so fucking stupid. Like those NASA morons - you need DEGREES to build rockets? Bullshit. I could do that in my basement with a bag of pot, duct tape and some PVC pipes.

Jesus never had books either - He was all about free thinking.

Think about it, dumbfucks… . Free think about it.
this is the best post in a long time… HAHAHAH LOL

Sorry I had to go to work.

Nice cock.

Lets argue.

Pretty much everyone in this thread is full of it. Had this video been of a skinny guy doing these kettlebell swings everyone would be all over making fun of the guy. Another good example is the BOSU ball, do you know how much shit the bosu ball got on this website? Then there was a video of Phil Pfister doing exercises on the BOSU ball and people then switched their stance.

Do what you think is productive and dont do the things that you dont seem as benefitial, simple as that.
I agree with this completely

Reading comprehension fail. He said Louie is a sell out. That is what people have taken offense to. No one has yet defended the exercise except to give LS the respect he deserves given his contribution to training. I don’t have an opinion on the movement until or unless I try it. You’re wrong.

Apply that first statement to yourself, dumbass.

So Russaldo, how many people have you helped get stronger in all of your years of training?

haven’t read the full thread, but if i’m not mistaken Louie is working with boxers in this video?

I can’t say I agree with Russaldo, but that kid in the video sure seems too. He appears to be thinking ‘This is so fucking stupid, why did he pick me to do this stupid shit?’

You ever throw a look like that to someone minding their own business?

It’s funny as heck sometimes.

They get all “What? What did I do?”

But he is doing DL so it aint all that bad.
Haven’t we learned, doesn’t matter if he hasn’t had a sell out bone in his body, one thing anyone disagrees with makes him a sell-out. And, hardcore gyms don’t have TVs, therefore and so forth sell out…
Ummm if there isn’t more than 1 TV, how am I supposed to read health/nutrition facts AND listen to Ke$ha at the same time??? Its not like I have one of those fancy ipads…

Hey, it’s the only way to respond to incredible stupidity… Get down to his level. Don’t bother responding to this Russ, I don’t think I will ever read another post that you write.

That retort was about as intelligent and insightful as your OP. Tool.

Has the topic of what exactly LS was doing the movement for come up in this thread? Too lazy to read the whole thing.

I like when people call others a “sell out.”

It generally means they’re pretentious young white people who don’t know shit about shit and got put in garbage cans in high school
People on this site are so quick to personally attack others, without knowing anything about them. “Pretentious young white people.”

Can I assume your a down to earth, old, non white person?
No, but you can assume I’m not some know-nothing college dipshit calling one of the most innovative powerlifters in the last 50 years a “sellout” because he found a use for a fucking kettlbell.

Jesus. Shut the fuck up.
Right, because a Abdominal-Core workout is VERY useful for a powerlifter…

I like your pics of a bunch of famous people that arent you
Just for the record, I saw the video and it was showcasing exercises for boxing. As a former boxer, I can attest to the exercise’s usefulness, and thusly, also your wrongness. Don’t judge him for the exercise since he’s not doing it for powerlifting, which is what you think.

TL;DR: You are wrong, please stfu.
