I did have a coach I work with tell me I would never bench 405 in my lifetime. I simply replied…”oh yeah, think so huh”.
I think you could bench 335 right now. I bet that you’d slay 3 plates real quick if you worked with someone on your technique. Your OHP says you should have that now. I think a little time with someone who knows how to get the most out of your current strength via technique/skill would surprise you.
Seeing your progress has me questioning my squat. I just don’t understand it. 350 feels so heavy to me. It’s definitely my nemesis.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news but those goals may not mesh with your body fat goal.

I did the same thing last year! I wanted 5 plates and after I got it I thought about an even 500 lbs. I got it this year and then some though.
It leaves him room to hit another PR and milestone soon though.
