What’s wrong with your breathing? Do you exhale while lifting or hold it in?

Nice shoes Hog.
Heck of a workout there, I feel sorry for your legs.

I take a big breath at the top… valvasa and drop into the hole. Up and to the top release. Maybe two shallow breaths and another big belly breath.

I was just out of gas. Panting. I just wasn’t able to breath deep enough to recover quickly to do the belly breath and hold for a rep. I could have racked it and waited a min or so and finished the set…but that didn’t happen. All good.

Any suggestions @I_Luc

@guineapig what you talking bout Willis. Those do be the right shoe… if they are the wrong shoe, I know this… I love these. Squatting is like pure upper leg work now up and down. The lean and sway front and back is much less an issue. I was concerned that the front squat would be much more difficult. Instead my firm was near picture perfect my partner said… we should have shot some video

@mortdk hey man thanks. The legs are good this morning. They were wrecked last week, but this time they are a little stiff but not totally trashed. Body is adapting…

Dang, I thought I meal prepped but I don’t take it to this level. My food just goes in big containers and I get what I need for each meal.

I feel like I need to step up my game.

Sams/Costco will sell these in the industrial cooking section. They are take out containers that are washable and reusable. You get 30 containers for around 16 bucks. We are on our second set and have @40 left. They are just right for a lunch portion size. And a weeks worth fit perfect into my fridge.

One of the best investments we have made.

Yep, sounds like you’ve got it sorted, takes a bit to get used to sucking in enough air each rep

Thx @I_Luc. It’s a constant learning process anything I can pickup along the way to improve or pass along to other is a huge plus. I had done around 130 reps at that point in the last 15 minutes I was guessed

Diggin the meal prep dedication man. I usually just make some gigantic batch and eat similar size portions of it…doesn’t always last as long as it should. Might have to grab some of those containers soon.
