Finished it up and very happy with the progress. Super tired after this one. Pressing is coming back. The 20 rep sets are getting hard due to the weight on the bar at 105. All good!!!

Finished with shoulder band rehab work and some banded standing ab crunches. Nice day. Felt like I didn’t want to do this one today and had a nice workout. Most of the time when I don’t feel like training I have some of the best training sessions and when I’ve pushed it in the past set huge prs.

2018 is almost in the books.
