Update: Gained some considerable weight. I’m fat now all right but on a positive note I’m stronger now then I was in that picture. Current weight is hovering around 97Kgs on empty stomach. Only thing that’s bothering me is some chest pain I have during the day and some mild anxiety attacks there and there. I’ll slow down the bulking process a tad and be ‘harsher’ in my carb cycling approach due to the obvious excess fat gain.
Bigger overall tough. Lifts going up steadily. If it was not for the extra fat I’m carrying I’d be happy. But anyway, as long as I can lift more and more I’m satisfied…Let’s see how everything goes in the long term.

Hey I don’t know shit about AAS, although if you’re taking a stack why even bother with carb cycling? I have used carb cycling in the past and my strength gains were far from optimal. You’re protein seems very high, I imagine having carbs consistently throughout the week would help your recovery and make the most out of your supps.
Just a thought.
I see where you coming from mate. Thing is in the past I did try bulking (to say so) in the ‘classic way’ using ‘n’ amount of carbs every day for ‘n’ number of weeks and then reducing ‘n’ amount from my daily carb intake for 4 or so months to cut down. Thing is I found carb cycling to actually help me gain less fat while feeling better overall. This in turn helps me cut down for a shorter period of time.
shrugs
Everyone is different I guess.
Thank you Mytch. Yes, you’re right on that statement. In fact just to give an example I added up about 25lbs on my bench press in just 9 days or so after recovering from sickness. I can tell that I am bigger now (albeit the fat that is).
I’ll throw in an update in a couple of weeks or so. Thanks again for your replies.

Steroids are no replacement for good dietary practices and hard work.
Update: been bulking for about 2 months now. Just a random pic I took. Excuse the quality. At the moment I’m a fat fuck. Strength is up. Most of the mass I’ve gained so far is in the shoulders/bicep/triceps/upper back area. Weight I guess its hovering around 213lbs or so (5’4 tall)Will update in another couple of months or so.
Update: Back up to 220lbs. Gained some fat and muscle in the meantime. By the way, I had a non training related knee injury that basically forced me to stop any form of weight lifting for 3 weeks. At the moment I’m a strong fatass. I obviously need to cut down. Will post in a couple of moths or so.
Kid, you look the same as you’ve always looked. You’re a chubby dude with a bit of size, just as you were when you popped in and I see no improvement/degradation. I have a hunch you’ll look about the same in a year, but time will tell. I would expect you to have better development given your ‘exposure’, but whateva. If you’re content looking this way, then fine. With your frame and that camera angle, you do look like you lift, and more than a few people from this site will call you ‘solid’.
But if you have access to AAS and decide to get serious, you need to get out of the kiddie pool.
Or not.

Constructive criticism. Took it and thanks for your shear honesty man. Seriously. Not trying to defend myself, I don’t need to. I do have access to AAS. But money is the main issue. I do feel the urge to say that now I got stretch marks on my shoulders. Arms are also bigger. went up from around 14 inches to 16.2 inches. Gut yeah, gut is about the same…now. As I see it what I need to do is to cut down some fat off and get serious like you’ve said. But again, money. Money is a big issue for me. I’ll do my best to gain more lean mass of course. But in shear honesty, I’d love to cut down and get out of the kiddie pool. I’ll probably get a full time job in summer doing anything, raise some money and get serious. Thanks again for your straight forward attitude. This is the kind of advice I was looking for. Greatly appreciated.

Update: Today I woke up and was dizzy and tired. I went to work. Was still dizzy and tired. I slept for 4 hours after work and woke up. Still tired. Don’t know what the hell is going on. I hope I don’t get sick again. Don’t wanna lose more muscle mass.
Looks like depression. Have you taken stimulants for a long time?
Depression got me. I lost a lot of weight on that. Any other guys ever experienced that? What did you do?
