Again, I’m not a real diet expert, but for me early in the diet If I’m having a refeed every 7 days, it’ll be a lot of additional calories, i.e. 1000 extra. When I’m further into the diet, with refeeds every 3-4 days, I’ll only add around 500-700 calories. I’ll also drop the fat a tiny bit to accomodate the huge increase in carbs those days. Protein will stay the same or slightly decrease as well.
rad, you have an unreal physique that you obviously worked really hard for. It’s an inspiration to see people like you. Don’t trick us in the title though!
