Loss in strength during dieting...

Hey guys I’ve been dieting now for abouta month now…restricting my caloric intake to about 1500 calories, using MD-6, and alos doing an hour to forty five minutes of low intensity cardio. During this time I lost 14 lbs and have noticed a drop in strenght in my shoulders. However, the rest of my muscle groups are unaffected. My question is do most you find a decrease in strength in one or a couple of bodyparts or a general weakening throughout your body? Do certain musclegroups have the ability to maintain strength during times of dieting, whereas, others don’t?
