Wow, does that suck.

I keep hearing about people with back problems, but I haven’t had any trouble in some years. Getting really paranoid about going to the gym.

It’s hi volume, concentrating on powerlifting moves. Bench 3 times a week, squat twice, deads once.

All lifts at percentage of max, no heavy singles. You can bench without a spotter.

Cycles are 4 weeks. However, I don’t have a Sheiko routine which peaks for a contest.
