Hey all, got a question and looking for some advice.
trying desperately to lose the gut that I have, and I am not sure the best way to go about it. First off, I am not a fan or cardio, in fact, I can’t stand it, but I guess that is the only way to lose the fat. Also, what is the best way, to run with a lower heartrate, or to do some interval sprints. If you guys could help me out and if anyone has an exact program that worked, it would be great.

How about changing your diet? How about controlling your carb intake? How about increasing your protein intake? How about eating 5-7 meals a day instead of 3 giant ones? How about taking your vitamins? How about increasing your muscle mass by lifting weights so that you increase your Base Metabolic Rate? How about…
