At the end of my bulk in late February I was 200~. I’m 6’1 , 23 Years Old. Today I’m hovering around 185~ abs are showing but I want to lose a few more pounds and get a bit leaner before I maintain for the summer. I’ve been cutting out grains. pasta, bread etc for the last few weeks, Cals under 2500 and doing HIIT cardio and working out about 5x week. Any tips diet wise to lose the last few pounds?
Thanks
cut more calories
Do more work
I literally train everyday and even had to take a few days off because I felt my entire body shutting down physically and mentally but your probably still right thanks

That can be a good part of the problem right there.Sometimes you need to loosen up for a couple of days, rest etc. to get things going again.High stress and being over worked can stall your progress over time.
Used to ask similar questions all the time, but in the end the unfortunate answer is just more of the same. You lost your current weight by lifting and cutting calories, lift a little more and lr eat a little less. But dont confuse slowing with stopping, fat loss will, and has to, slow down as your bf gets lower if you want to retain lean mass. You may or may not reject this, i did myself time and time again being absolutely sure there was a ‘trick’ or difference on loosing the last few lbs, but other than actually reducing steady state cardio if you are doing any, eventually you realise ‘more of the same’ is all it is.
^^ On reducing cardio at low bf Search Nate Miyaki’s articles on this site, he has a good one a while back explaining it, and actually basicly answering your question.
