Hello guys. I have recently started my journey on trying to gain a lot more muscle while losing fat. I am currently at 250lbs at 19 years old. I will copy and paste my diet/workout under this, any criticism is appreciated.
Diet
-250g of protein a day
-gallon of water
-NO SOY
-stay away from all things white
-no sweets/desserts
-2,500 calories
-creatine
-no soda/juice
-no processed foods
bread
breakfast cereals
cheese
cakes and biscuits
drinks, such as milk or soft drinks
tinned fruits and vegetables
savory snacks, such as chips, sausage rolls and pies
No problem. In the past I never really watched what I eat. Now, I am trying to eat more vegetables, a lot more meat, and eggs. Overall, just a lot more protein and foods that are going to do more good than bad.
