Losing Bodyfat

Eat less, move more, lift heavy shit, repeat.

Really, most people that ask these questions aren’t doing the basics (Lifting, moving, eating right*) and not doing them consistently.

*Eating Right is dependent upon the goal.

You are telling this guy to eat less when he may look anorexic as it is. Has anyone asked for stats on this kid?

I’m sure he does. He asked what works to lose bodyfat. That’s what works. What he more than likely needs is to work on learning how to eat and choose a goal as he seems to be trying to do several things at once.

Well, he’s also 15 years old so assuming he even knows what the hell he is talking about without asking questions about his current state could do more damage than good.

This kid has been asking the same questions over and over againb for an entire year. Who wants to bet that his progress has been absolutely non-existant? For his age, he could have made significant progress by now if people would stop telling him simply what he wants to hear.

Agreed. I believe after a year of serious training and reading one should have gathered some knowledge and experience with regard to how one’s body reacts to various training stimuli. That experience should be enough to make asking questions like these obsolete.

I’m trying to get stronger and more muscular. But I also want to get rid of alot of bodyfat on my stomach and try to get a six pack.

I was thinking of running 4 miles a day, 4 days a week.

And also doing 250 situps/crunches 6 days a week in addition to my weight training program.

I will also do a PowerWheel workout 3 days a week and will play basketball regularly.

Look good? [/quote]

3 words for ya.

Lactic Acid Training.

Whaaah?

I doubt it as I’m sure somewhere in the last year someone had to tell him what he should be doing, not just what he wants to hear. And I’m sure it just fell on deaf ears as most people don’t want to hear the truth.

6pack isn’t a joke. You can make 4pack, but 6 requires alot of work. For the past 7 months I’ve been eating only certain food, and for the past 2 months, since I applied for my country’s Mister competition I reduced the fat I intake 99%. I avoid fat 100%. The only fat I intake is the 0,1% fat Milk and the morning’s cereals. I do like 1200 situps/crunches and other abs exercises, plus running before the work out. Everyone can do the abs exercises and run, but not everyone can maintain that strict diet. Not easy at all. It all depends on your wishes and expectations. Plus not to say that indeed its expensive to fill your stomach and make it big, but its 5 times more expensive to make it flat. The most important for the 6pack is not to overload with food. Eat like 5-6 times per day, but eat very small quantity of food, and don’t mix food. I usually take boiled carbs before the work out, and only protein food after the work out. No alcohol, coca cola, etc.

You gotta do some learning on macronutrient splits, and more specificaly, the role of fats in human physiology. Among other things.

You may have gotten good results thusfar, but with what you just posted, I bet they could be better.

If it’s not, it needs to be.
