I can’t find where he says minimum 1g per pound in GSD. Calorie reqs appear to be body weight x 10. And then I am using the ranges he has under “The Macronutrient Split,” which are:
30 to 35% of your calories from Protein
10-15% Carbs
55-60% Fats
I worked mine out to 35% -10% - 55%
Anyway I think I will try GSD out for two weeks and re-access. Sometimes I feel like a lab experiment that has gone awry, LOL.

BTW the other difference I noticed is that CT does not count green vegetables as part of your carbs (they are free) whereas Berardi does.

It’s in another article on his own site.

Thnx – I will look for that. Even if I can’t find it (my search skills are bad sometimes) I think I am going to readjust the ratios so I get 1g per lb.
I’ve pretty much stuck with the Berardi’s “Get Shredded.”
I dug in a little at the Precision Nutrition forums and a few guys over there confirm – “Just Follow The Formula In The Article.”
I have been losing about 2lbs a week on it. I appear to be handing on to my muscle mass.
I had to scale my workouts way back, just because I am not getting enough calories to do all the interval cardio, HIIT cardio, and number of days training that I was doing before.
That’s recommended too – the guys said stick with 3 or 4 days lifting, and moderate walking cardio.
