Lose Fat, Fast!

Hey guys i just wanted to share a 7 day strict diet plan, i know I’m not the type to give advice however a family member had great success. here it is, probably best to do on a deloading week

Day 1: NO CARBS only TUNA and Turkey UNLIMITED green veggies, MUST drink 2 Gallons of water.
Day 2:NO CARBS only TUNA and Turkey UNLIMITED green veggies, MUST drink 2 Gallons of water.
Day 3:NO CARBS only TUNA and Turkey UNLIMITED green veggies, MUST drink 2 Gallons of water.
Day 4: NO CARBS only TUNA, TURKEY, CHICKEN, STEAK. UNLIMITED green veggies 1 gallon of water.
Day 5:NO CARBS only TUNA, TURKEY, CHICKEN, STEAK. UNLIMITED green veggies 1 gallon of water.
Day 6:NO CARBS only TUNA, TURKEY, CHICKEN, STEAK. UNLIMITED green veggies 1 gallon of water.
Day 7: Clean CARBS only, TUNA, TURKEY, STEAK, CHICKEN, UNLIMITED green veggies, .5 gallon of water.

THIS IS HELL but it works.

I have electronic records from myself (2-3 years ago) from the last 3 times I basically started with virtually no carb week. I lost 7-8 pounds each time, but 4-6 pounds was water. In fact drinking so much water, and then tapering it down is DESIGNED to make you excrete water faster and remove it from under the skin in particular. I even lost significant mms on skin folds, but a lot of that was subcutaneous water.

So as far as losing fat fast, not really. Its more of a way to look your leanest in a week. You may even look better three days later when you add in carbs and gain back the 4-5 pounds of water to you rmuscles, especially if you cut salt. I am not recommending this, but it is also basically the core of the old cybergenics “look your best in 2 weeks” routine, except that that has you eat more salt until the last couple of days.
