Any of you fellow lifters doing the March 19 Los Alamitos USPF meet.
None of the Diablo Barbell lifters will be there. We compete in strictly APF meets.
I just did the scot mendelson bench meet I didn’t see any of you there, it was APF. Lots of missloads I went out to open and there was about 180lbs on the bar Guess they had a tendency to be off by 110 lbs by missing a red plate. I would have done it but there no way that light of a weight would even come close to touching. Guess I could have ripped off my bench shirt and went raw lol
