For me it was a “oh shit, it’s almost 2019 and I haven’t set a PR since January of this year”. That was my inspiration!

High. Sorry. It’s a shitty angle to try and judge from but going from the angle of the top of your thigh and what I could see of your hip crease relative to your knee it was high. Not super duper high, but definitely high.

Only the side judge can tell you and since there isn’t one nice gym PR mane lel.

(If I had to go all IPF on your arse I’d give it 6 reds and on appeal another 3 reds for good measure but it’d probably fly in the SPF tho)

Yeah depth wasn’t really there today. Had a week off from squats and didn’t do mobility work like I should have so I was tight and out of groove today. Will definitely be focused on hitting depth from here out
