High. Sorry. It’s a shitty angle to try and judge from but going from the angle of the top of your thigh and what I could see of your hip crease relative to your knee it was high. Not super duper high, but definitely high.

Yeah depth wasn’t really there today. Had a week off from squats and didn’t do mobility work like I should have so I was tight and out of groove today. Will definitely be focused on hitting depth from here out
