Looking to Add a Supplement

currently im taking animal pak (once daily with breakfast), fish oil, and whey ON 100%. i run in the morning and lift in the late afternoon/early evening. i take one scoop of whey immediatly after my lifting.

i cant take any type of creatine, ive tried several types including mono and CEE and all cause me to break out in horrible acne, i have a bad history with it, so i was considering white flood, or purple wrath for pre workout, and comments or other ideas? thanks

just get bigger, stronger, cutter. ive been doing research n looking around and im thinkin of this, 1 scoop purple wrath pre lift and 1 scoop whey post lift. and of course animal pak morning and fish oil 2 pills 3x daily hows that?

Im on wrath now solid product i sip it during workout…ive hurd white flood is one of the best pre out there id say take both if i had to choose one probably wrath its solid!

I dunno what wrath is , but is it like No-X-Plode? I only ask because i think White Flood is pretty much like a NOx supplement. For preworkout , I simply sip my half serving of Surge , and take 10grams of BCAA’s. On big days , I might take a Spike/Power Drive.
