Does ANYONE have a link to the “Atomic Dog” where TC FIRST wrote about this most fundamental of “T” mantras?
(It seems like it was an “AD” talking about why we all go through this diet and training stuff…)

That’s a great article that I remember…but it’s not the one I was thinking about…
It SEEMS like it was one that laid out all the reasons we do all this weighlifting and dieting stuff…ending with the “real” reason…which was “to look good nekkid…”
(Maybe TC can help us out a little?)
