If carbs is the thing I’m missing in my diet, it’s not a problem for me to eat a bit more sweet potato instead of white grains.

But yeah, sweet potato sounds nice.

Yeah if 135lbs eat like an irresponsible teenager/cheat meal at least once a week until you hit 150(still small). If training hard at your age you will not get fat. At all.
Also try get some beef in a couple times a week. Nowhere near level needing HBCD swap for a banana periworkout and save your money
