guys,
a few months ago i saw an article on T-Nation relating to shoulder health. it contained a diagnostic test with photos - involved placing one arm behind your back, then trying to touch the hand by placing the other arm behind the neck. not being able to do this was noted as bad!!
(sorry if i didn’t explain that very well, but hopefully someone that can remember the article will know what i’m talking about)
anyway, i’ve just browed through all the performance articles but couldn’t find it. i have almost certainly scrolled past it, but can anyone recall the name of said article?
