Looking for Program Advice

hey everyone heres my stats im almost 22 been trainning for about 8 months.Im a short guy but thick.I will post pics at some point.Im 148lbs around 12 Bf I think.I hacvent used any supplements in a long time but when I did i used syntha 6 Heres my workout.
Mon-Biceps,back,15 mins cardio
tuesday legs,triceps,chest 15 mins cardio
An vise versa. So far my progress is doing very well.I do cardio everday 100 cal on tredmill to keep bf low bc i am shedding down an building up.I want to be lean an build up so that is my goal.But I am wondering what I could be doing better or am i doing cardio to much? any positive feed back be great.I dont care for ego guys putting people down for nothing.

In my opinion if you are trying to gain mass you don’t need to be doing cardio that much or at all especially at your bodyweight. You really don’t need to be worrying about your bodyfat at your weight. Doing cardio will just impede your attempts to gain weight.

Adding in cardio can give you leaner gains. A lot depends on your bodytype too. Ecto’s don’t need it where people who hold more fat would see some benefits.

He weighs 148 pounds. He needs to worry about gaining mass in general. Doing cardio is just going to slow that down.

Thanks for the advice guys.I do Cardio to loose weight bc I wana cut down an build up mostly.My main worry is just looseing to much muscel while doing cardio.
