I would consider myself an intermediate lifter. I have a friend who expressed some interest in getting into the gym and I told him I would give him a hand. I got him started on an upper/lower body program which I did with him for a couple weeks. It was a nice change of pace but an upper/lower body program is not really my thing. Although it was nice having a training parter again so I am now looking for a routine that would work well for a newbie as well as myself.
I have been kicking around some ideas but I am having a hard time deciding on what will be the best program to maximize both of our gains. Any ideas?
