hi all just recently joined this forum have justy started to lift wieghts i,m and really enjoy it i,m training 3 -4 day,s a week at the moment i,m 5ft 7 - currently 192 lbs 23% bf ideally would love to get down too 8-10% bf i,m looking for a diet to follow.
