Deadlift looks solid, man! Not much to say, at least not from that angle.
Thank, I appreciate that. I made some changes a couple months ago and it has really helped. It’s a constant batttle and I’m always looking for ways I can improve.
Looks great. No criticism except try and pull it faster and put more weight on the bar haha. A fairly perfect pull
That’s a really good point about pulling faster. I had been pulling “wrong” for so long - letting my hips shoot up and getting the weight out in front of me too much - and since working on my technique, I’ve been concentrating on keeping my hips down and pulling smooth and tend to forget about pulling fast. Coincidentally, I just watched part 1 of “So You Think You Can Deadlift?” with Matt Wenning and one of the things he emphasizes is speed.
Looks like I’ll be adding in some speed pulls.
