Looking for Decent Gains

Hello. My name is Brian Purin and im 19 years old. Im 5’10" 150 lbs. I just decided to start lifting to put on weight. I just received Mag 10, Myostat and Tribex 500. I was wondering if anyone could reccomend a work out routine (have access to every machine and free weight around) and a diet. Im looking to gain muscle as quickly as possible. I understand it will take time as with anything. I dont know much about lifting thats why im looking for a good routine i can do 5 days a week.

Um, how about you pick one of the 500 or so programs in T-mag? Or read the FAQ section? And you really should have learned about diet and training before you jumped on the supps. Well, at least bought good ones and not “The Beast” or some other shit!

Well, first I would put the mag-10 in the fridge until 2-3 years from now, and I would go straight to the grocery store and start buying food, then after I eat I would hit the gym, but seriously look up massive eating and get a program off the site…hold off on the supps for now

What the first two guys said.

(Sigh.)

Yup, read the FAQ. Go to the grocery store and load up on FOOD. Save our money, don’t buy the supps, yet. Train hard and smart and eat smart, too.

Your getting some good advice from the above posters. Look up “massive eating” by John Berardi and try a program like “Hypertrophic specific training”. Actually there has to be a hundred great training programs listed in previous issues, which might be a little overwhelming. HST, would be a good one for a beginner as doing virtually the same workout 3 times a week would get you to learn the lifts quickly. It doesn’t matter what program you use though, as long as you’re consistant with the workouts and the effort. As the others said, you don’t need the supp’s yet although a good protein powder (grow) would help if you have a tough time eating enough food. Whatever you decide, you’ve come to the best place for info. Read as many articles from the previous issues as possible and, as everyone has mentioned, the FAQ section. Good luck

These guys have given you some of the best advice you will ever get. Plus here’s a link:

Also call Biotest and ask to swap your supp's for TUBS of Grow.
