Legit. Every workout I’ve done in the past 16 years is written in a stack of notebooks in the garage. I always wonder if my kids will look through them someday after I’m gone.
Alright well that’s just bad prompt design on their end, should be designed in a way that catches all possible intent regardless of user knowledge level.
You wanna give MuscleBvll a try? I sent a free month code to your email ![]()
Would be fun to scan sometime and analyze, bet that it would show that you’re a creature of habit
What’s the legality of this?
Ackchually… I’m terribly inconsistent haha
I was visiting my mom in a (not retirement) 50+ building and some guys were clearing out an apartment because a lady had passed, and I overheard another old lady in a wheelchair watching it as she was getting rolled by say: ‘‘So this is what they do with your stuff when you’re gone, just throw it away?’’
It was both funny as hell timing and sad, but I think your data may suffer the same fate. Unless of course you digitize with MuscleBvll and store your login in a vault, but only make it openable if your son can bench a certain amount… you’ll need a Saw like contraption to make sure he’s worthy
haha well the log keeping is one for sure, but same it varies heavily per task … what’s your achilles heel? I’m not fishing for how to defeat you in battle just fyi im curious if its food or training or a specific muscle group
Good question, it’s illegal in the Netherlands as I think it is in the states to be in possession of anabolic substances. That being said, there are an estimated 40.000-50.000 users in NL and that number is said to climb, meaning as usual there will be newbies. They should do their due diligence same as everyone, but there’s a ton of established, long-term scientifically proven information that should be centralized to benefit people.
MuscleBvll doesn’t distribute, encourage or promote BUT as a free will absolutist, if you do insist on doing it then it should be safe and with complete insights, warnings, what not to mix, rotate sites, is PCT needed, can I switch cycles, what does the bloodwork say, how does this correlate with libido, sleep etc. It’s a lot and if you leave it up to people the majority will pick and choose from the ‘‘rules’’ (yes, aspirate, every time) or memory, or form bad habits. I can help keep watch over all of it simply by providing a safe, private, smart desktop app, and whichever legal and medical license hoops I gotta jump through I’ll do. For right now it’s a bodybuilder simulation with hypotheticals for research purposes
I think FuriousGeorge’s newbie guide thread is fantastic at establishing that baseline so that’s what MuscleBvll follows
Feature to create sets based on 1RM percentage, or TM, or other variables.
Importing CSV logs
Also open source wouldn’t hurt
sounds interesting just like your name, I’ve only ever watched the number for the weight I can do all the sets and reps for so 1 rep max and others are foreign to me. Can you explain more?
Importing logs would be handy, with all these different data sets and sizes I’ll have a look at how I could transform what comes through that pipeline into the MuscleBvll environment
And im not ruling out open sourcing at some point for sure
thanks to everyone for the comments and notes so far, it was clear that the ‘‘use voice’’ messaging first didn’t land with a soul, using the mobile companion app to log is a big part of getting the data piped in but it’s not the end destination, so redesigned the copy to match the actual core value/purpose of the platform.
Anyone whos curious, including you @Andrewgen_Receptors, is welcome to a free month using EARLYMB100. Hope it’s fun, intuitive, insightful all the good stuff ![]()
I want to like your post but you’re saying that you’re providing at least $450 euros/mo of coaching…
No the fuck you aren’t. 450/mo is competition pricing for elite coaches like Jon Jewett and Justin Harris… you have no such experience nor qualifications.
Sincerely, fuck you, guy
Just keep in mind, generally speaking: if you provide medical advice, you’re inviting the liability of the audience’s experience.
Yeah it’s gray so I dug into it some more and apparently Estonia is the ideal environment to operate from for their legal frameworks, all I’d need is clear wording and indeed not provide medical advice but share facts and information for people to take with them to their physician if needed.
I’d be down to move, I’ve played WoW and get along great with the northeners
Well it’s iterative so despite it being good now, it’ll only get better from here parallel to my own learning curve, and if you don’t think I can imbue my advisor with the same level that those giants have painstakingly gathered and make it a publicly accessible service for anyone with ambitions to get like them then you’re delusional. Cursing at me won’t change a thing
thanks for the code.
I’m working my way through it.
I get irritated when things aren’t simple, all that measuring ![]()
you got it boss, hahah it’s like dating you gotta go through the boring details first like birthplace and such
and let me know if you run into any hiccups or weirdness, I added a button under the profile dropdown for easy feature request/feedback submission
Just consistency across the board. total scatter brain. Not good at planning things out. Erratic schedule.
you’re right.
come this summer, when I start hitting that evaluate button, I’ll be glad I worked through it.
man i’m here for it front row, and you already look 90s action movie ready so it’s exciting to see how you fine-tune and grow
