Looking for an Exercise for the Quads

hi guys!
im looking for a specific exercise for the lower part of the quads(above the knee).i want to make it wider in that area.in the moment im doing sissy squats, but i`m looking also for something more

leg extensions. toes pointed in

Squats, front squats, leg presses, hack squats, lunges… beyond that(and their variations) how many good quad exercises are there really?

Get significantly stronger on the basics for 8-20 reps and make sure you are growing overall via diet.

combat pyramids - the most effective quad sweep builder known to man.

Correct.

OP: Judging from your inquiry, you’re most likely not big - because big dudes would know the answer already. And considering that, you have no business worrying about targeting specific parts of a muscle group - YET.
