Eat sensibly & train mostly to get stronger.

Bulking for you is a terrible idea right now.

Yeah gonna have to retract my statement and go with the lean out crowd. Better quality of life, hormone levels, insulin sensitivity and all that good stuff.

Have fun with it though. Cutting doesn’t have to be hell.

Lean past 250 is the winner, thanks for the advice guys, I’ll post updates here sometimes to see what other advice you can give
