45 degree Back Raises
Curls
Do a ABA, BAB linear progression on all lifts. Maybe on my last set try to push it to past 5 reps.
Months 4-6 (April-June)

Core Work

Bench Press 3x5
Rows 100 reps (Saw this in the Wendler sub forum)
