Looking for a Good Supp Program

I am looking for a good supplement program. I am crazy busy during the day and don’t have time to eat well and try to drink a myoplex shake 2x a day, I also take juice plus multi and have just started on TRIBEX gold. I eat pretty clean, appx 2200 calories a day, 35% protein, 40% carbs and 25% fat. My base line is 2280 calories per day and I burn an average of 500 calories per day during my workouts.

I can only train appx 60 minutes as I have to go at lunch. I weigh 194 at 20% body fat. My goal is 180 at 12% by June. I have plenty of muscle and am not looking to get bigger, just leaner and more athletic. I have a 17 month old son that I will need to be keeping up with…

Welcome to the site. I’m about the same age (40), the same size (200lbs, 15 - 20% bf), trying to get down to about 185 with very little lean mass lossage. I started out at 220 on Jan. 1 and am still going strong - although the fat is coming off slower now.

I take 10g fish oil/day, Metabolic Drive protein powder 1-2x/day, and Surge Recovery during/after workouts. I just recently added TRIBEX (morning wood pill). Thats it. I tried HOT-ROX Extreme but that stuff noided me out.

I hit the weights 3 days a week; upper/lower split on an A/B rotation (upper twice one week, lower twice the next). Getting ready to incorporate some HIIT to kick start some more fat loss.

I think what will be key more than any suppliment you take will be making time to eat 5- 6 times/day and cutting the calories to about 1800. Cut the carbs to <100g/day and keep protein 200g/day. This is what has really been working for me My metabolism is definitely faster from eating more often and I know I haven’t lost any muscle - maybe gained some.
