day 1 strength, low reps
day 2 mass, higher reps on machines
day 3 dynamic recovery stuffs (whatever that is)

yea if you figure that your stabilizers and accessory muscles are shot from day 1, you can still hit target muscles hard with hs or other machines on day 2. and I’m sure you know how to maximize feel on machines.
CT has a lot of stuff on neural charge workouts and such that you could maybe look into, as far as dynamic recovery whatevers.
or maybe you could switch day 2 and 3 around, then go harder on day 3 with stuff, do FST-7 or whatever floats your boat.
