Long Term Bulk Cycle Advice

Hey guys I’ve tried to find some info on this prior to posting but struggling to find a good answer. Ive got a good frame to put on mass at 6’2” and 210 lbs and about 10-12% bf and looking to start a long bulk (10ish months). I’ve been on TRT 200mg/wk for a year now and about to start my first cycle of 600 mg test e and 400 mg EQ for about 20-22 weeks then back to at least TRT. I planned on continuing to bulk for another 4-5 months afterwards since most say a year is ideal for bulking.

My question is should I go back to TRT (or slightly above) and just eat as I was on the bulk? Would I still gain/keep size doing this or will the drop off in gear just start getting me fatter?

Or should I continue on higher doses of test (and possible run more gear) during the entirety of the bulk? EQ stays in the system for many weeks after ending, so it didn’t seem like it would make sense to take a break just to start back up on another cycle of something in eight weeks or so but also don’t want to overdo it by blasting for too long.

Or should I just do a bulk for those five months and end the bulk then? It would bring me into July/August so there’s no real point going on a cut for fall/winter though

Have you done a cycle before?
If not I’d advise against EQ. Save it for a later cycle and I’d recommend it to start @ 800mg/w if you’re not a beginner.

My advice is to lean up a bit and atleast start with the top 4 abs plainly visible before even starting to think about a bulk.

You don’t have to put on excess fat to put on muscle while on gear.
Even while bulking cardio 4 times per week is still a good idea…… it’s always a good idea. Helps you recover and keep fat off. 20min at the end of a workout is no big deal.

What is your long term goal?
What is your age?

I suppose you have considered just blast-cruise-blast-cruise for the year.

i think that you should read and get an “general understanding” of long cycles.U cannot just take large amount of gear and go for a year.Your bloods etc. will be of the charts and growth stalls long before year´s end.your starting dose is too high for first timer.for growth you need to eat +calories alltime,need to lift very heavysets,add weight to bars everytime.this is mentally challenging.Gear does not work just adding more forever.You need to start say test 500mg/week and add a bit more to next blast. You need to plan it along the lines:

-Blast 6 weeks
-Trt 4-5 weeks
-Blast 6 weeks
_Trt 4-5 weeks
This schedule is not the “right one” others will work too.This is example.
And so on.You need trt breaks to normalise your bloods,mental recovery and receptor recovery,and so on.This you can do as long you want if labs are ok:ish.So do some reasearch first,this is allready on serious side of roid use.

No one has an answer for this, cos we don’t know how you respond to steroids or how you will respond coming off cycle. The question gets asked a lot, but the answer is always ‘find out’. Gotta do it to see. We all trial and error this shit and after many cycles you learn how your body works and how much you can build/maintain while taking AAS.

That said, being on TRT will help. And not going right into a cutting phase will help.

Getting fatter is all about your diet, which should be adapting as you go along anyway, so probably little issue while crusing.
