1st cycle planning advices (intermediate lifter)

Hi everyone. 30 yo, 175cm x 78 kg. Bf 13/15%. Lifted for 7 years.

I am planning to lean for 1 more month and then try a cycle to push my limit. I have read a lot but wanted to get some advice.

I won’t do PCT, and go b&c.

1st phase: blast and bulk (8/12 weeks depending on sides)

Blast: planning 300 to 500mg for 8/12 weeks tops. AI if needed and based on bloods.

Bloods before and after.

+ Hcg and maybe HGH.

2. Cruise and ? (8/12 weeks depending conditions)

After: this is where I lack knowledge. Some people suggest cruising and do maintenance. Some other say cruise and keep bulking exactly the same to “solidify” gains as your body will have less stimulus from hormones.

Questions:

A) maintenance or keep pushing the bulk?

B) should i adjust volume? Reduce because i’ll have less hormones? Keep it the same or even increase because i’ll need more stimulus to keep the gains? Everyone seems to think different.

3. Cruise and cut (as needed)

Back to trt dose, will cut as needed to get back in the 10/12% zone.

This will be your first cycle so do yourself a favor and go test only. Save other drugs for another time. 300-500 is a good start. Whatever dose you choose run that from beginning to end. 0 need to titrate up. Def have an AI on hand as you will prob need it.

When you are done with a growing phase you eat as many cals as you can without adding BF. I would shift marcos to more protien/fat and lower carbs.

Your body will tell you what it can handle. You should be able to maintain the strength you have gained unless you lower training or go into deficit on foods.

Yes, You can. During the bulk you will put on a bit of bodyfat. Use this time to clean up a few lbs of fat. You should not be in need of a full cut if you bulked properly. If you do end up putti ng on too much BF then go to maint for a while until it all stabalizes then think about dieting.
